Cancellation Policy for Services

An appointment at our center is viewed as a commitment and connection between our Wellness Professional and you, the Client.
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Voice mail is available 24 hours a day.

Fees for missed appointments: There is a fee of $25 required for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice. 48 Hour advance cancellation is preferred and 24 is required.   We will require your credit card upon making an appointment whether online or over the telephone and will keep it on file for convenience as well as a precaution for missed appointments.

Please arrive at least 15 min before your appointment time so you can relax and complete necessary forms. Our center in turn will do our best to minimize your waiting time. Those clients who are late are still required to pay the full fee however the appointment will end at the scheduled time.
